Living and fragile goods
Plants, moss, glass, vessels, and custom ecosystems may need different return handling than ordinary goods.

Current status
Bryelis does not currently process payment, collect shipping details, or create real orders.
This draft does not create an active return or claim process.
Living plant and fragile goods considerations
- Plant appearance may vary from product images.
- Shipping temperature, humidity, delay, and handling may affect plant condition.
- Glass vessels, hardscape, moss layouts, and bespoke ecosystems may be fragile or custom-made.
- Returned live plants may not remain resalable after transit.
Draft claim window
The claim window is pending legal and business finalization. A future policy may require claims shortly after delivery, supported by clear photos and order details.
Any example timing remains provisional until the final terms are approved.
Potential exclusions to review
- Normal natural variation in plant shape, size, color, or growth habit.
- Care issues caused by unsuitable light, water, humidity, temperature, or handling after delivery.
- Custom ecosystem work after the design is approved or construction begins.
- Damage or decline reported outside the approved claim window.
Future refund method
Refund method, partial refund, replacement, store credit, return shipping, and inspection rules must be set before payment is enabled.
The final wording must preserve applicable consumer rights and comply with Thai law.
